Sanomatalo is an office and business building in the heart of Helsinki. We are happy to say it is also one of the first sites where our new restaurant concept, Fazer Food & Co has gone live. October 2017

Our aim with this concept is to offer innovative and tasty food moments that let our guests recharge during a hectic day.  And according to survey results the new restaurant experience is so far highly appreciated.

High customer satisfaction
A while back our first restaurant with the new Fazer Food & Co concept went live in Sanomatalo and was introduced to tenants and visitors. We are happy to see that reviews so far have been overwhelmingly positive. 

“The guests find the food well-presented and tasting good” says Juha Silander Senior manager, Business accounts at Fazer Food Services. “Wicked Rabbit has drawn a lot of interest and the number of customers is increasing all the time. Customer satisfaction according to "Happy or Not" feedback has varied between 88 and 97 %, so I think it is fair to say that we have succeeded superbly!”

A redefined workplace eating
The ways people live, work and eat are not the same as they were some years back, and a transition of behaviour is still under way. Seeing this happen, we created a new innovative restaurant concept under the name of Fazer Food & Co.

Our menus follow the seasons and are inspired by diverse cultures, and we offer healthy, wholesome food and take-away snacks to boost the guest’s day.

Fazer Food & Co serve guests from morning to evening, throughout the working day and beyond. The concept also embraces different optional modules, such as the vegetarian experience Wicked Rabbit, and Hav a Java for coffee and healthy snacks.
