What’s cooking in the world of food?

We want our meals to be tasty, healthy and nutritious. It is essential for us that the food has been produced in a responsible and sustainable way. And, regardless of individual food preferences, it is also important for us that everybody finds something they like in our restaurants – whether you’re a meat lover, vegetarian or on a gluten- or dairy-free diet.

We also want our food to be interesting and innovative and we regularly keep an eye on food trends and innovations within food production and sustainability.

We have recently researched the Nordic market for the latest information on food waste and plant-based proteins, and looked into different trends in health and wellbeing. For the last two years we have also been investigating and researching what kinds of foods that are good for the brain. We call it brain-friendly food!
