There is always more to be done, but we work hard for traceability and food safety through responsible sourcing. Annually updated category plans take into account corporate responsibility issues and negative impacts are continuously reduced through purchase compliance and follow-up in restaurants.
Close, long-term supplier relationships help improve traceability.
We work to continuously improve the choices we make with our products and services, and more specifically:
- Set targets and work to better our responsibility in sourcing ingredients
- Increase the use of sustainable fish, meat and vegetables
- Commitment to WWF guidelines and local programs such as the Baltic Sea Action Group
- Increase the use of organic raw materials
